Urblexis Grond shall henceforth be recognised as an independent state under the rulership of of the inncumbent Urblexian Tyrant.
Its citizens, slaves, serfs and denizens the subjects of the Tyrant with no exterior force claiming right of ownership or authority over any individual.
The city of Udos will be compensated for their land settled during the exile. These being the central settlement and the outer Domed Cavern. The payment shall be 300,000 gold divided between the three noble houses.
Herein are contained the terms and conditions of the treaty whereby Urblexis Grond shall not be subject to invasion or destruction by Udos Dro'xun.
- That each year the leadership of Urblexis stage the 'Dark Bazaar' before the gate of Udos. This great market, contest and slave market will be held in deference to the drow city.
- That each year at the Bazaar those Grondians who have reached maturity during the past year shall be presented to drow selectors. Three of their chosing will be taken to *Udos* to live as slaves.
- While Udos remains restricted to non Drow the Drow will continue to be free to visit Urblexis and make use of its shops, traders and facilities.
