Description: On 4/27, 9:04 EST, I was mining on my commoner character, Fruvularna Cobblecutter, in the Brogendenstein Kinstone mines. I decided to use the new -xpredeem command.

I received the notification that I redeemed 4000 experience, and that I received a greater roleplay bonus, but my character's experience did not increase. I continued to play for about ten minutes after that before being caught by the server instability, and my XP never increased beside the regular tick bonuses.

I suspect this is because the character in question is a commoner, unless the problem was somehow tied to the server's issues from that night.

Steps to reproduce: Use -xpredeem # on a commoner character

Expected result: Gain the specified amount of experience:

Actual result: No experience gained

Essentially I'll be fixing it to allow commoners, that's my bad, I forgot to swap a boolean in the function.
I'll also be making it respect the level freeze mechanic used on Skal.
