Looking it over, I had a few questions I wanted to unearth, or clariifactions.
Was Gift of Endurance's 0.5 ECL in comparison to the other stats a typo, or intended?
Is the Spell Resistance Gift lowerable via spell-breach or is it like the Monk's spell resistance?
Do Existing Characters keep their ECL? (Clarification, I think it assumes yes?)

An additive question: Does the spell resistance come all at once or like with UD monsters, 11+character lvl, capped on lvl 21?

Remaking characters is allowed, as long as they're not a MoD character that ran out of lives.

The Spell resistance is all granted at level 1.

I imagine this was intentional. A CON boost doesn't give the same advantages that the other stats do. Everything else either gives a bonus to AB/AC or casting power/volume. Extra HP and Fortitude saves are nice, but don't contribute nearly as much in the sense of making XP collection easier.

Yes, CON is a reactive stat so is priced lower than the others.
SR is all at level 1 and behaves like existing Drow/Duergar/Fey resistance.
Existing characters are unchanged.
New Drow have the same stats as base Elves (ditto wood elves etc) and you can use Gifts to customise them.

I think the SR bonus is quite OP, however.
