I have seen that people occasionally post requests for the 1.69 files. So I decided to post some links here which should (hopefully) be permanent.
Patch Links
Here you find all the files necessary for any system (Mac, Linux, Windows)
Just choose the file you need, though it will mostly be this one.
Another source is the NWN vault.
Here, you can find all the links to the files as well.
For NWN-vault, most people will need this file.
Dialogue
Sadly, I was unable to find the files on any site, neither the NWN-Vault or any source, so I just created a zip-file with the english .tlk files I use. This might be important for players who have no english version of the game. 1.69 requires a change to the english version.
This is easily done. Just copy the two files into you C:\programs\BiowareCorp\NWN folder. There are files named like those in the zip in your install directory already, so you will need to override these.
You can download the .tlk files from MediaFire. (The site is free and safe)
Unlock portraits and voicesets
There is an unlock hosted onthe NWN-Vault.
Mind that this is an older version, there are portraits double and some blank ones.
EDIT: A new version was found too, hosted on NWN Vault too.

No matter where you download the files, you have to copy them into the override-folder of your NWN-install directory. Not any sub-folder, they won't work if they aren't in the actual override-folder.
The portraits and voicesets you can choose will be seen by any and all players, since they are in the game and no custom portraits/voicesets!
