Description
Guild Hall door does not lock. Emma locked it and paid to up the DC on locks and strengthen them, but one doesn't need the key to get it.

Chests upstairs seem to be all linked together. When an item is put in one chest it shows up in all four, but when take it out then it is gone out of all four too.

I just noticed that I lost the guild house (Guldorand Lumber Mill) today. Which is odd since Bria, Krian and I just RPed in there two days ago. Both doors were accessed.

Additionally, the guild house is still opening to public, and Emma received the 175,000gp in the bank from the person that purchased it.

I am inclined to believe that the two doors of the guild house are not properly scripted, which explains the doors not locking as well as the quarter timing out in 14 days, since the two doors are not linked to the Guild house.

I was on last night after work, and it still was owned by Emma. What she said was right, she was just in there the day before that.

The guildhouse in Guldorand outskirts still doesn't lock the main doors.

Another two weeks and the deed went up for sale. New owner, hope it's fixed soon

Thank you for fixing the chests in the Guild hall.

Would be great if you the lock script could be fixed too.

Suggest, May I suggest when you fix this, you could remove the ox from outside since anytime someone walks past that place there is things to fight and they die, also if the door on the outside became locked so the NPC's in there aren't randomly killed due to bears/spides ect opening the door and fighting them inside

Any idea if this lock issue will be fixed?

Right now it is challenging to use it as a Guild hall because of the broken lock.

Looks like someone did work on the Guild hall but things are still broken:

We still have one broken door/lock, the one that leads to the supply clerk is still broken and not connected to the sign for owner.



The door to go upstairs in the guild hall is now fixed and connected to the sign.



But now the transition to go upstairs is broken.



So now there are two players who can not get to their rooms in the guild hall. Updating this to critical with hope it gets fixed so the players don't loose their ownership and then have to rebuy the rooms.
