Description
Quote:

- Non-religious classes get total freedom of worship - i.e. a CE person could worship Torm.
- Druids and Rangers (with 4 or more levels) are forced to pick a Nature aspect deity. This is due to Faerun lore stating that natural classes need to draw their powers from nature.
- Clerics, blackguards and paladins are forced to respect alignment restrictions as today, and are additionally required to respect racial restrictions if the god has any.
- A non religious character who gains a class in a religious class will have their deity abandon them if they are no longer a legal choice
- The 500xp penalty remains for changing deity, but as today doesn't apply to your deity turning from you.

Non-religious characters cannot select racial restricted deities of different races, which by reading the above, only clerics/paladins/blackguards have to respect the race restriction (even druids don't have to).

Non-religious characters should now be able to select any deity, regardless of the deity's race restriction.

This restriction still applies to: Rangers, Druids, Paladins, Blackguards, CoTs, and Clerics.
