Still mind and Hardiness vs. Enchantments:

Problem with those two feats,they should add each a +2 on will save against mind affecting spells, but they don't work exactly how they should:

I was in kobold cave with an elf monk, a priest spawned and tried to paralise me with the spell "hold person", lately when i checked the log I found the bonus was not added on my base will, encountered another pair of priest wich tried to cast on me the same spell but the bonus was not added.

Lately I went in skullcrags (same day, same character, different server), while wandering in the cave sistem I found an ogre magi boss, he used his aura and this time when tested my will the bonus was added... the problem is the aura is an ability and not a spell.. I'm a bit confused on how the feats should work, looked on the wiky (both the arelith one and the main one) but found nothing.

I don't believe Hold Person is a will save vrs Mind spells, it's just a will save (no additional descriptors)

However, immunity to mind saves still protects against the paralysis effect.

It should probably be changed to will save vrs mind spells, it does make a bit of sense.

Mord.. The ability say "+2 on all saving trow against mind affecting spells" the difference is that still mnd is a competence bonus and the hardiness Vs illusion is a racial bonus.
Now with "will save against mind affecting spell" is meant all the spell wich require a will save to pass it, some examples are:daze, bane,charm person, doom, sleep,charm person or animal, hold animal, hold person, charm monster, confusion, dominate animal, dominate person, hold monster, war cry, mind fog, mass charm, dominate monster...
That's have been taken from NWN wiky here
However the problem still persist.. sometimes the bonus is appied and soemtimes not.. please, the loss of +4 on a save is heavy...

I believe all spells from the "Enchantment" School which require a save are automatically considered "Mind Affecting"

I have checked and all the Hold type spells have since been updated to include the mind effect descriptor. Changing this issue's status to "needs review" so it can be closed.
