Well, and by "Important" I mean may be slightly relevant if you had a desire to play either of these two classes (rdd and shifter).

Also, by Policy, I mean the way we did things in this matter until we realized that it was completely hosed since the former forums crash.

And by we, of course, I mean it was completely and solely my fault, since a goodly portion of the much vaunted "List" blew up when the forums did and I can no longer continue down it fairly (what with a good bit of it being gone and whatnot...).

Effective immediately, the same requirements to play shifter/RDD are in place, but this now falls under the 5% roll option for a "Unique Character".

Sorry if this is inconvenient to anyone, but to all of us it just makes a lot more sense than trying to keep up with an ever shifting, ever growing, sometimes getting blown up partially with the forums, list. We think it'll work better for you guys too, no more interminable (literally) waiting, so long as you meet the requirements for the class and the 5% roll (ie, rpr 30 and an Epic Sacrifice), we can do it fairly quickly.

Seriously, you really read all this crap? All you really need is a rpr of 30, and be willing to delete an epic character in front of us for a seriously longshot gamble.
